Thank you Perkins family for sharing Ty with Casper all the years that he was here. Both he and Dorothy contributed so much to our community to make it a special place to live. We remember seeing them around town at every charity event, Dorothy‘s Chamber of Commerce contributions, and their support for all things Casper. May they Rest In Peace together. God bless you in the days ahead.
