William (Gary) Forrest March 11, 1949 - August 23, 2022

William “Gary” Forrest (73) passed away Tuesday, August 23rd at his home in Eagle, Idaho. He was born on March 11, 1949 in Grants Pass, Oregon.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Terri, in 2003. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda; two sons: Brandon of Greeley, CO and Ryan (Heather) of Boulder, CO; three granddaughters: Teagan, Kyndle, and Avery; a step-son, Tyler (Leah) Schroeder of Nampa, ID; a step-daughter, Kassa (Joe) Hartley of Middleton, ID; seven step-grandchildren: Kylie, Abigail, Zoey, Hudson, Quincy, Quade, and Quenna; three brothers: Karl Edward, John (Barbara), and Larry; one aunt: Verna Ebright; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 25, 2022 at 2:00pm at Cielo Event Center in Castle Pines, Colorado. 485 W. Happy Canyon Rd., Castle Rock, Colorado

    Branden and Ryan. We are so sorry for your loss. Bill was a good friend and I loved the fact that every memory I can think of has him laughing. I considered him a good friend and a Good person !!

    Brandon and Ryan, it’s pretty hard to believe and I’m so sorry. You guys have been through adversity before, and made it out in great shape. That is the true test of how great of a father and mother they were, they were family, friends, and great teachers and role models. I and my parents are always here if we can do anything.
