William Eugene Howell
William Eugene Howell died June 28, 2019 in Boise, Idaho at the age of 84.
William is survived by his children William E Howell Jr. (Rebekah) Kathryn Nelson (Ron) Timothy Howell (Barbara) James W Howell. Step children Tomas Daniel Chafin, Janie Alexander. Many Grandchildren, Great Grand Children and even Great Great Grand Children.
William was born on September 18, 1934 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Florence and Auburn Howell. He grew up in Pocatello where he met and married Marlene Teeples in 1951. They were married for a short time and welcomed William Jr. after their divorce he went in the Navy. Out of the Navy in 1958 he married Margaret McManemy and had Kathryn, Tim and Jim. Then divorced and married his soulmate Mary who also had 4 children. Eventually moving to Boise, Bill and Mary graduated from Boise State University in 1972 together. Bill from business in accounting and Mary an RN. William held many jobs in his lifetime but become an entrepreneur.
William was accomplished at a great many things but excelled in business. He was generous dedicated and someone who lived his family and friends. He was passionate about education and helped many people their educational goals.
There will be a viewing June 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. followed by the funeral at 12:00 p.m. noon at Bowman Funeral Parlor located at 10254 W. Carlton Bay Dr. Garden City, Idaho 83714 with a luncheon to follow at Kristine Armstrong Park located at 500 S. Walnut St. Boise, Idaho 83712.
Everyone is welcome to attend and celebrate William’s life. The family would like to thank (hospice and caregivers) for their care and dedication.
