Willard (Will) Dugan, 86, a resident of Meridian, Idaho passed away October 13, 2022. He was born to William and Rose Dugan on October 20, 1935, in California.
Will was enlisted with the Army National Guard. He married Patricia Stowell, on December 10, 1965, at Fairhaven Bible Chapel in California. They were married for 49 beautiful years together. He was a member of the American Legion. His hobbies included farming and reading his bible.
Will was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia.
Willard is survived by his son Brad, Gerry, Geoff Dugan and their families.
A committal service with military honors will be held at 11:00 am, on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, 10100 N. Horseshoe Bend Rd. in Boise.
