Sal Mucario
Sal J. Mucario, born July 9, 1952, died December 21, 2019 in Boise, Idaho. Sal grew up in Springfield, New Jersey, and graduated from Saint Leo University in Florida.
Following college, he lived in Hollywood, Florida for a few years before moving to Pleasanton, California, where he began working as a sales rep for Soundcoat Products.
Always drawn to the outdoors, camping and hunting, his sales rep career eventually took him to Jackson, Wyoming and the founding of his own business, Tetonics, Inc. There he was one of three co-founders of The Jackson Gun Club before moving on to Hagerman, Idaho. He called Hagerman home for the next 20 years and delighted in his property looking out on the Snake River. Sal loved nature and gardening and was an avid bird watcher.
In 2016, he moved to Boise, Idaho.
He is survived by his sister Mary Ann Becker, his brother-in-law, Gregory Becker, and nephew, Christopher Becker, as well as cousins and friends.
There will be a private family service in New Jersey. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Spring Creek Assisted Living, 10139 West Overland Rd., Boise, ID 83709.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bowman Funeral Parlor of Garden City.
