Penni Newman left this world to join the angels on the evening of February 6th, 2019 in the home she shared with her husband Raymond Newman. Penni will live on in the hearts of husband; Raymond, Children; Todd, Kenny, Charlee and Lyzzi Grandchildren; Raymond and Amory Stepmother; Debi Sisters; Candi and Tammy Brother; Andy and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Born in Emmet Idaho, Penni was a true child of the 70’s. Vibrant and captivating, she had an insatiable thirst for life that was breathtaking and contagious. Never afraid to be herself, she was the type of woman that that left anyone she talked to with a smile. She loved fiercely, and that love was evident in everyone’s lives she touched, from her children and family to the clerk at her local gas station. Often blaring her music in the car, she brought joy to those at the stop light who would watch her rock out in the car with no shame…you could never embarrass her. All she ever wanted to do was to make the people she loved happy. Penni never knew a stranger, as her heart was full of love for all.
Penni lived her life on her own terms. She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Todd late in the summer of 1989. She met the love of her life, Raymond, while working at Micron in 2005. The love they shared was a spark that lit a fire in all who saw them. She loved to travel, whether that it was Las Vegas for NASCAR races, or camping trips in the mountains and visits to Newport. She became a Nana twice in 2015, a badge she wore proudly, gushing about her precious grandbabies.
Penni lived life to the fullest and will be remembered for her heart full of love and infectious laugh.
Services will be held at Bowman’s funeral home on February 15th 2019, at 2pm with a celebration of life afterwards at Charter Pointe Community Clubhouse at 4pm.
