Michael Orson Robinson, (MO) by his friends, passed away at his home on September 1, 2021, at the age of 76 from pancreatic cancer. He was surrounded by his family when the Lord called him home.
Michael was born in SLC, Utah. His family migrated to a ranch in Donnelly Idaho. He graduated from McCall/Donnelly High School, then moved to Boise where he started his career with the phone company. Back then it was Mountain Bell. On occasion, he would take his sons to work in small, rural towns. He worked his way through the ranks to become an Engineer with Lucent Technologies. Michael loved what he did and took great pride in his work. Close neighbors enjoyed and remembered his outdoor whistling while roaming the yard. He was a member of the LDS Church, Oregon Trail Ward. Michael had faith in his Savior and received his final blessings.
He met his wife Lynda Sue and her 2 daughters in 1985, and Michael and Lynda were married two years later. They were married for 34 wonderful years. He loved to go camping and boating and spending time with his family. After Michael retired, he started making walking sticks, canes, and knifes. As the Patriarch of the family, he will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his father Orson A. Robinson, his mother, Hope Pancheri, brother Lynn Robinson, and a baby sister. Michael is survived by his wife Lynda, children Michael (Melonie) Robinson, Troy (Natasha) Robinson, Skye (Steve) Fegel, Windy (Rich) Knight, three brothers, Larry, Joe, and John, multiple nieces and nephews, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
