Sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. Mike and I were very good friends as young kids playing football together and just being friends into our high school years. I’ll always remember his and his sweet mother’s kindness and generosity to me when we were in Jr. High together. We lost touch later in life, but I will always remember him with fondness. R.I.P. Mike.

My dad Jerry (Jeremiah) Quane, if alive, would say about Mike that he was a great kid with so much promise. He was tall and naturally athletic, and gifted at architectural drawing. Mike was easy to be around and my dad enjoyed watching sports w him and flying he and his team mates to far away games on my dad’s plane. We all enjoyed family game night playing Hearts, Monopoly and later Balderdash. Mike was exceptionally handsome. He had close friends in high school especially John Wadman.
