So sorry to learn of Joe’s passing. I so enjoyed knowing Joe, and drinking the best coffee at that great Giuseppe’s Coffee Shop – and because of that getting acquainted with the whole family. Our community is an emptier place without Joe’s presence. I am holding all of you in my heart.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe for many years at the phone company. He had a great sense of humor and really understood the intricacies of a complex job. I remember how proud we all were of him for carrying the Olympic Torch through Boise as a member of the Telephone Pioneers. I continued to interface with Joe when he went to work at the Idaho PUC. He was well respected by his peers and treated his work with fairness and balance. Joe was a great guy and will surely be missed by those who knew him. May God bless you and your family, Joe.
