Janet Marie Dunn was born into this world on August 24, 1983 and returned to the heavens on Monday December 29, 2020 after enduring a prolonged illness.
Janet embodied the spirit of a child of the earth. She was most at home in nature, loving the outdoors, spending time camping, fishing, hiking visiting hot springs and exploring. Janet since she was small enjoyed all things creative, sketching and painting were her most enjoyed. She possessed a green thumb and lovingly tended anything she thought would grow. She loved her life and was never one to turn down an adventure of any kind.
Janet was an “old soul” with points of wisdom beyond her years and always one to voice her opinion. She was a very giving and forgiving soul, often giving to those when she herself may go without. Always had a smile and kind word, whether it was returned it did not matter. We will always remember her ability to see the beauty of everyday things, her smile and her laughter will be greatly missed.
Janet had a special relationship with both her grandmothers, Kay & Christina, she enjoyed taking care of and spending time with them both. Janet was predeceased by her paternal grandparents , maternal grandmother and aunt. She will be missed and forever loved by her parents Terry(Anne), Christina (Wayne), her brother Daniel (Lacy), nieces Charlotte and Leighton, nephew Cash. Her other “sister” Sara as well as many more loyal, incredible and life long friends.
A Life Celebration memorial will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested in her name to the American Heart Association or St. Vincent de Paul charities.
