He moved his family to Boise in 1979 and worked for Allstate Insurance as a Property Claim Manager for 32 years. Jim had a deep love for Jesus Christ, in addition to the love he had for his family and intimate friends. Jim’s life demonstrated God’s instruction to love God and love others.
Jim enters heaven leaving behind his wife Margo, children Brent Hunter (Kerrville, Texas), Janae Trukula (Scottsdale, Arizona) and 6 grandchildren (Madeline, Ethan, Isaac, Adrianna, Ryder and Shelby).
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donating to Dreamhaven Ranch (www.dreamhavenranch.org). Dreamhaven Ranch is a place where children and their families can experience relief from a frenzied world and experience hope, peace, and the love of God through horses and nature.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, a private service will be held for immediate family.

July 19, 2020 at 12:44 amIt is so nice to remember the fun times we had playing marbles with the marble board he made for us & eating double deck cheese sandwiches. I’ll never forget all the times we went rabbit hunting in the dessert together. Writing letters to Jim when he was in the service and picking goodies to mail to him is a special memory. We had a lot of fun times together. He was like a brother.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Margo and his family.
With all our Love,
Vick & Carmela Woolsey
