December 30, 2020 at 9:26 pmHyla was my sister-in-law, married to my oldest brother. They let me live with them when I first moved to California, and Hyla was a huge help to me in making the transition from Michigan to California, high school to college and basically starting a whole new life. She was a special woman with a unique sense of humor, and she will be missed by her family and friends. ?

December 31, 2020 at 12:41 pmHyla was my friend for many years in Red Hat Society and later as my weekly movie/lunch companion. She was very special to me and I loved her like a sister. She had a gruff exterior but a heart of gold. I will miss our deep meaningful conversations and our fun times together. I will never forget her. Be at peace my friend. Max ?
