Hannah Marie Moore, 15, was born on November 3, 2006 at the St. Luke’s Hospital in Boise, Idaho. She and her family briefly moved to Utah but eventually settled back in the Boise area.
Hannah was born with a rare birth defect that caused complications and predisposed her to Central Nervous System Melanoma. She was diagnosed with Melanoma of the brain and spine in March of 2020. Hannah fought hard for nearly two years with cancer and passed away at home February 11, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Hannah is survived by her parents, Sam and Valerie (Waldron) Moore, and her two sisters Raya and Maya Moore.
Hannah was a freshman at Rocky Mountain High School. She enjoyed being out in nature; loved camping, kayaking, climbing, and lazy days spent on the beach. Hannah loved animals including her cat, Sai Sai, and had a huge fondness for insects of all types.
