Gaileen Marie Crouch of Boise Id passed away on September 23, 2021 at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center.

Memorial services will be held at 1 pm on October 16, 2021 at Calvary Chapel of Boise . 123 Auto dr. Boise, ID

Gaileen was born in San Francisco, CA to William & Joyce Smith on August 21, 1960. She was the oldest of 3 sisters. She married the Love of her life Jim Crouch on March 11, 1984 in Atwater, CA Shortly after they moved to Post Falls ID where they raised 3 daughters.  They moved to Boise 20 years ago and have enjoyed spending time with her Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.  Gaileen was always involved and very active in church. She has taught Sunday school on & off for over 30 years. She had a special place in her heart for teaching children about God’s Love. She lived a life of service to others.   She had a way of comforting anyone who needed it and always rooted for the under-dog. She was a loving and compassionate woman who would give you the shirt off her back if you asked. To know her was to love her. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, playing dominos, craft projects, camping and recently started learning kayaking.

She is preceded in death by her Father, William Smith, Mother, Joyce Smith and Sister, Mendy Loudenback.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her Husband, Jim Crouch. Her Daughters Shauna Snyder (Mike), Stephanie Case and Elizabeth Volkers (Keith). Her Grand Children, Bryan Adsitt, Trenton Rowan, Tyler Baugh, Tylee Tinstman, Katelyn Baugh, Brayden Volkers, Lilly Volkers, Bransen Volkers. Great-Grand Children Carson Adsitt, Caenan Adsitt & Charleigh Adsitt. Her Sister, Lori Harwood. Her Brother & Sister in laws, Doug Loudenback, Candy Seals (Charlie) and Dawn Duxbury. Cousin Roxanne Bolen (Mike) Nieces & Nephews, Branden Harwood (Kara), Sheena Chatfield (Seraiah) Robert Loudenback (Chandra), Amanda Loudenback (Noah), Arlo Loudenback and many great nieces & nephews and friends who loved her as family, as well as her beloved dog Harley.

The family would like to thank the St. Lukes ICU nurses & doctors who gave us 4 extra days with her.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bowman Funeral Parlor of Garden City.
