Eric Bagley
Eric Steven Bagley, born April 19, 1973 in Portland, Oregon, passed away unexpectedly on June 12 th , 2023 in Meridian, Idaho.
Eric will be lovingly remembered by his son, Jacob Bagley, his parents, Yvonne Bagley and Tom Bagley, his partner, Heidi Primm, his brother, Adam Bagley, and his grandmother, Nancy Rush; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Eric was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Centennial High School in 1991, Boise State University in 1996, and earned a Master of Education in 2008.
In 1999, Eric joined the Peace Corp as a volunteer. He spent 2 years in the Philippines working as an Environmental Education Volunteer.
After his service in the Peace Corp, Eric moved to Japan to teach English until 2009, when he moved back to Boise. Eric taught ESL at CWI, worked as an Excavation Operator, then became the Operations Supervisor at Badger Daylighting.
Eric’s love of the outdoors was endless, and he spent countless hours in the Idaho wilderness and on Idaho rivers. He was an avid fly fisherman, river rafter, snowboarder, and mountain biker. Eric spent his last days along Silver Creek fishing for trout.
A Memorial Service will be held on June 29 th , 2023, at 5:00 P.M. at The Meridian Senior Center at the Park (Kleiner Park), 1920 N Records Way in Meridian.
