Dorothy Lilly Marie O’Brien, 89 of Boise ID died early January 2, 2019 at Avamere Assisted Living in Boise Id.
Dorothy was born October 24, 1929 in Chicago IL to Lucy Bell and Harry O’Brien. She was raised in Omaha NE.
Dorothy Married Emory West Sr. November 16, 1948 and moved to Pocatello ID. Granny worked as an LPN for St. Anthony Hospital in Pocatello ID and raised two children Sherry Lu Odom and Emory West Jr.
Dorothy enjoyed music, family church, bingo and Jackpot NV. She is survived by her son Emory West Jr., five grandchildren; Troy Odom, Stephanie West, Jessica West, Adri West, and Emory West III also 20 great grandchildren.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents Lucy Bell and Harry O’Brien, her husband Emory West Jr., and daughter Sherry Lu West-Odom.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 9:30am at Bowman Funeral Chapel, Garden City Idaho
