Diane Manning finished her work to gain the earthly attributes of her savior, Jesus Christ, and was called home to her Heavenly Father Monday evening. Diane passed peacefully in her Eagle, Idaho home surrounded by her loving children after a trying bout with cancer.
Diane was born on December 1st, 1953 to Frank and Thelma Manning and brought home to the family’s ranch in Burley, Idaho. She was the baby sister of Robert Manning, Dennis Manning and Marlene Hurren. When Diane was 5 years old her loving father passed away. The family remained in Burley until her mom married Frank Pace, and moved to Emmett when she was 14 and Diane gained four more siblings, Frank Pace, Jr., Vicki Hunt, Francine Reeves, LaRena Radke. Diane graduated Emmett high school, subsequently fell in Love and married Theodore Perry in 1972, and began their life in Emmett Idaho. Diane’s love for her family made her into a beautiful homemaker, and her love for Christ made her his hands and words outside the home. Diane touched, loved and cared for countless friends, neighbors, family members, co-workers, church members and even strangers. Her true love was serving god’s children, wherever she went.
Diane was blessed with eight beautiful children, with one returning to the Lord shortly after birth.
Diane is Survived by children: Travis Perry, Kelly Ehrlich, Hilery Kons, Brett Perry, Aundrea McCarroll, Troy Perry and Katelin Leone, and 15 beautiful grandchildren.
A viewing will be on Monday, March 29th from 6pm-8pm at Bowman Funeral Home 10254 W. Carlton Bay Garden City, Idaho 83714. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, March 30th at LDS Church 1133 N Park Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616. Diane will be laid to rest at Bramwell Cemetery in Emmett.
