March 27, 2021 at 1:33 pmTo Diane’s children. I just want you to know how much I loved your mother. When she was a young married, she was my YW advisor/president. She took me under her wing while my mother was dying when I was a senior in High school. She also helped me plan my wedding reception and made all of my bridesmaids dresses and my going away dress. She was so loving and kind and always so selfless. I have not been in contact with her for years but she still holds a special place in my heart and I look forward to our reunion one day. I pray that our Savior is with you during this hard time.

March 28, 2021 at 3:21 amTo Diane’s Family,
I grew up across the road from the Frank Pace place on what is now Bill Burns Road in Emmett. So I have known Diane since she was 14 and I was 15. Then Ted and Diane built their home and lived directly across the street from my parents. My deepest condolences to all who loved and cherished Diane. My thoughts will be with you this week as you remember and honor Diane.

My time with Sister Manning Perry was during my years in the old star 3rd ward. She is emblematic of Charity, Kindness and His love. She always made me feel accepted.

March 29, 2021 at 1:09 pmDiane and I graduated from Emmett High School together in 1972. I don’t remember her coming to any of the high school reunions and I don’t believe I have seen her since graduation. I always liked Diane because she was very thoughtful and kind to me. I want to say she is too young to leave this world but Heavenly Father must see it differently. I am sure she is having a wonderful reunion with her parents and child that passed away at birth. She is one step ahead of us as she is progressing in the Eternal Plan. To her children, it will a hole in your heart for a short while but know she is not in any more pain from the cancer. Think of her and her testimony often because she will be cheering you on to make right choices so you will all be together as a family again. RaNae (Rekow) Bybee

March 29, 2021 at 9:00 pmTo the Children of Diane… I just wanted to take a moment and extend my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your Mom. Losing your mom is one of the deepest sorrows your hearts will ever know. May your Mom’s goodness, concern, kindness, joy and love live on in your hearts for all time and may you all cherish the countless memories you have created together. I hope those memories bring you peace and comfort especially when you feel a strong desire to call her to ask a question or to invite her over for a meal or for the holidays … or just to say, “Mom, I love you”. I lost my Mom 10 years ago and not a day has passed when I haven’t thought of her or missed her but I am greatful that she was my Mom for 70 years and that I was her daughter. My memories have always brought me much comfort and one day I pray we will be reunited in Heaven.. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Blessings to you all. Most sincerely ? Dora Bela

March 29, 2021 at 9:26 pmI want to express my deepest sympathy to Diane’s children, grandchildren and family. I was lucky enough to work with Diane for a short time. In that amount of time I felt so blessed to have her as a coworker and most of all a friend! I to lost my most precious mother to cancer at age 65. Diane knew this and always showed me compassion and understanding, when I was struggling with the loss of my mother.
Diane was incredibly kind, selfless, thoughtful, and giving. She was devoted to her family and her faith. She was such a beautiful woman inside and out!
I will forever be grateful for her friendship. Rest In Peace my friend, until we meet again. I love you, love Eva and Paul Marcely.
