Darryl Kenneth Redfern November 14, 1941 - September 30, 2022

Darryl Kenneth Redfern

Darryl was a resident of Nampa, Idaho. He was born in South Gate, California on November 14, 1941, to John and Dorothy Redfern. He passed on September 30, 2022 at the age of 80. Darryl worked for the LA Times: a job he retired from after 30 years of service.

Darryl had many activities he loved like, coaching, and watching baseball. He also loved fishing and absolutely loved spending time at family gatherings. He was a gentle soul, a beacon of light to those in need of it. Darryl was a great example of a man of God; he walked closely with Christ and encouraged his family and friends to seek the Lord always.

He is preceded in death by his brother Dennis Redfern, his sister Harriet Redfern, and his parents John and Dorothy Redfern.

He is survived through his kids Shirley (Pat Adams, Boise, ID), Kenneth Redfern (West Covina, CA), Deanna (Brian Crump, Letha, ID), John Redfern (Nampa, ID), and multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
