Dale Eugene Alumbaugh
Dale Eugene Alumbaugh, 78, a resident of Horseshoe Bend, passed away March 18, 2020 in Horseshoe Bend.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bowman Funeral Parlor of Garden City.
Mrs. Alumbaugh. I am truly sorry to hear this news. Dale was a real friend to me and we really had hopes of filling his dream of being a licensed Ham Radio Operator. He was not doing too well the last time I was out there and I had a lot of health problems too. We never made it back together but my hopes were for this Spring. If there is anything I can do for you during this difficult time, just let me know. Dale should have my number written down but you do know where I live.
KI7WWU Dale’s Call sign is now a Silent Key… 73’s Dale.
Peggy, I was so sorry to read of Dales passing. I met Dale in 1960 when he came to Idaho. We spent a lot of time fishing, hunting over the years. He was a good friend and hunting buddy. Wish I would have spent more time visiting him this last year. We enjoyed talking of the old days. Sharon and I wish you the best.
Sharon and I were truly sorry to read of Dales passing. Spent a lot of time with him in our younger years. Working at B.C., hunting and fishing. His insurance business took him away for several years. Sorry I didn’t get to visit him more than I did this last year. He was a good friend.
Sharon and I send our prayers your way.
