Dakota Michael Lee Richardson

Dakota Michael Lee Richardson, 17, a resident of Boise, passed away February 13, 2021 in Boise.

Dakota was born June 30, 2003, in Boise, Idaho to David Lee and Dana Michelle Fackrell Richardson.

Dakota was raised and educated in Boise, attending Hawthorne Elementary, South Jr. High, then East Jr. High, and was currently a Senior attending Boise High School getting ready to graduate.

He was employed at Walmart, and especially enjoyed his time in Stanley, working with Mountain Village.

Dakota enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, hunting, and playing Xbox 1.

He also enjoyed his membership at the YMCA, playing basketball, lifting weights and swimming.

Dakota was a bright light in everyone’s lives.  He will be missed by the lives he touched.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Bowman Funeral Parlor, 10254 W. Carlton Bay Dr. in Garden City.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Dry Creek Cemetery, 9600 Hill Rd. in Boise.  All state and local guidelines are required to be followed.

The Lord’s Prayer

 Our Father who art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come,

Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,
