Our handsome and loving son, Cole Preston Winchester, was born on February 15th, 2005, to Dana Winchester and Wendy Mitchell
On Saturday, February 18th, 2023, Cole was enjoying a day on Bogus Mountain with a group of close friends. While heading back home, Cole was in a single vehicle accident that tragically ended his life here on Earth. Cole was loved tremendously by his closest friends and family, and he will forever remain in our hearts.
Cole graduated from Initial Point High School in 2022 and was planning to attend barber school in the fall of 2023. He was spending his year off working at Albertsons, traveling with his family, and enjoying time with his dearest friends.
In his short life, Cole was able to find joy in a variety of activities. He loved snowboarding, playing x-box, watching sunsets, and taking pictures. His most cherished pastime was being with the ones he loved.
Cole is survived by his parents, Wendy and Nick Mitchell and Dana and Shelly Winchester (Kleinkopf), eight brothers, Phillip, Andrew, Bailey, Kassidy, Cameron, Alex, Payten, Tyler, Jaxon, and Carter, and countless grandparents, aunts, uncles, and nephews.
To honor and celebrate Cole’s life, an open house service will be 12:00 PM- 3:00 PM, Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Eagle Christian Church located at 2477 N. Ten Mile Road, Kuna, ID 83634. Please join us as we come together to remember Cole and the wonderful young man he was.
As Cole would always say, “Love you most”
