Tommy Leo Hannigan

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father, Tommy Leo Hannigan, who passed peacefully on January 12, 2025 at the age of 80.

Tom was born on October 20, 1944, in Laverne, Oklahoma.

He is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Angelina Hannigan. His daughters Tammy Massone, Sheri Hannigan, sons-in-law Michael Massone and William Klopp and his grandchildren, Montana Hamrick, McKenna Massone, Tyler Klopp, and Dillon Klopp.

Tom was raised in Elk City Kansas by his parents Claude and Fern Hannigan. He had 8 siblings Dolly, Claudine, Lavona, June, Donna, Patricia, Robert, and Ronnie.

Tom married and moved to California after graduating from Elk City high school.

Tom retired from a successful 40-year career as an electronic sales representative in Silicon Valley.  He loved his home in Los Gatos which he built himself.  He searched for years to find a place that had less people, beautiful mountains, and all the seasons. Tom found his slice of heaven on Blackhawk Lake in McCall Idaho.  His favorite days were spent in his shop with his cars or riding his ATV on the mountain roads.

Tom loved both the ocean and the mountains.  He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, skiing, and boating.  In his early retirement Tom loved to travel extensively and enjoyed seeing many parts of the world.

We love you dad, we miss you already, rest in peace. We look forward to our reunion some sweet day.

Tom will be laid to rest in a private graveside service at Dry Creek Cemetery, Boise, Idaho.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bowman Funeral Parlor of Garden City.
