Tina L. Terry passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side, Thursday July 24, 2025, after a courageous 17-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Tina was born to Roy Holt and Norma Bryan on October 16, 1966, in Concord California. After a few years of moving around her family settled in Idaho and Tina grew up in Kuna, Idaho and graduated from Kuna High in 1984. She then moved to Arkansas to attend Arkansas State University. There she met her first spouse and from that union Chelsea and Will were born. Tina later divorced and would settle back into Kuna. She worked for many years at St. Alphonsus Hospital. There she would meet Bob Lowery and from that union Matt and Braeden were born. They would later divorce but remained friends.
On December 1, 2006, she would meet Steve Terry. Together they would blend their families, and Tina gained a bonus Son Austin. Steve and Tina later married January 6, 2017. Together they welcomed ten grandchildren.
On January 16, 2006, Tina began working of for State Insurance Fund, she would work there until her diagnosis of cancer forced her to retire. Tina made numerous long-lasting friendships, she was affectionately referred to as T-Rey
Tina was an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved her family and friends endlessly and with fierce loyalty and with an open heart. Her greatest joy came from her family especially her grandchildren. Whether she was shopping or barbecuing or simply relaxing at home surrounded by her husband, children, grandchildren and of course her very special fur babies Lulu and Lacy. That was where she found her joy.
Tina is survived by her spouse Steve Terry, her children Will Lowery (Amy), Chelsea Hoag (Adam), Matthew Lowery, Braden Lowery and Austin Terry, and ten grandchildren. She is survived by her parents Norma Bryan (Edd) and Roy Holt (Camille). She is also survived by her sisters Pam Rogers (Rob) Kathy Rudai and Julie Holt, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her stepmom Sandy Holt.
The family would like to thank all that supported Tina during cancer journey you held a special place in her heart.
A Celebration of life will be held Wednesday July 30, 2025, at 6pm. It will be held at Apostolic’s of Kuna, located at 763 W Avalon St Kuna Idaho 83634. The family has requested in lieu of flowers a donation be made in her honor to the church listed above. A check can be mailed to address listed above.
