Terry Lee Richards
Terry Lee Richards, 43, a resident of Middleton, passed away April 2, 2023.
Terry was born on September 25, 1979, in Caldwell, Idaho, to Derrill and Diana Richards.
He was full of energy from the beginning. His childhood was spent with his family in the mountains and with his many pets. When Terry was 19, he served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He married the love of his life, Joanna on December 31, 2004. He welcomed Joanna’s two sons Caleb and Sawyer, and from the beginning, treated them as his own. Terry and Joanna also welcomed 2 boys, Cache and Brooks to their family to make it whole.
Terry had endless hobbies, but enjoyed fishing, hunting, spear fishing, scuba diving, golf and flying his plane. But most of all, spending time with is beautiful family.
Terry was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a member of the Middleton Future Development Committee. He was an Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America. He was a local business owner of TriGuard Pest Control. He was involved and committed to the community.
Terry is survived by his wife, Joanna Richards and their children, Sawyer Tennant, Cache Richards and Brooks Richards; parents, Derrill and Diana Richards (Spencer); his brother, Richard Richards, and his son Eric Richards; sister, Tammy Richards Cannon (Adam) and their children, Joel and Emily; brother David Alan Richards (Vanessa) and their children Ryan, Samantha, Ayden and Sadie Richards; sister, Marie Lynn Richards (Clovis Kell) as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins that Terry was close to.
He was preceded in death by his son Caleb Tennant; grandparents, Leonard and Lorraine Spencer (Mower) and Virgil Henry Richards and Lorene Mae Richards (Hess) and cousins Sierra Froerer and Charly Froerer.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Sains, 22500 Lansing Lane in Middleton, with visitation at the church beginning at 12:00 pm. Inurnment will follow at the Middleton Cemetery.
