Terry Claud Solders

Born on December 24, 1941, passed on May 31.2024 of natural causes, in Boise, Idaho. Terry was born in Weiser, Idaho to Claud Solders and Annita Shaw Solders.

He lived in Boise most all of his life.

He was member of the Idaho National Guard for 30 years. He served at Boise and Gowen Field. He was a heavy equipment mechanic and, also operated the equipment he maintained.

He retired as a MASTER SARGEANT of the 116’hMaintenance Company.

He was married to Sharon Brookhart to which a son, Roger John Solders, was born. They later divorced.

He married Janis Lenhardt in 1974. He adopted her son, David Allen, and raised him as his own. After their divorce, he married Sue Thompson. He accepted her children in to his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Roger John, brother Roger Dean and in 2019, his wife;Sue.

He is survived by his sister, Teresa Kellerman and her sons and families, his son, David, David’s sons Kodi and son, Gatlin, and son, Caleb. Christopher Solders and family, Seraphina Solders, Elaynea Redd and family. Sue’s children and their families. His best friend and care giver, Dottie

He will be missed by many and remembered as a kind, gentle and giving person.
