Sean Terrence Darcy

Sean T. Darcy, aged 63, passed away June 10, 2026. He was born on March 17, 1963 in Beacon, New York. Sean was known for his quick wit, love of 70’s rock and roll music, and genealogy research. He spent his life building deep connections and left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Sean grew up in Beacon, New York and moved to Florida with his family at age 13. He built a career working in the cement industry, starting as a laborer and working his way up to manager and was highly respected by his colleagues.

Outside his work he enjoyed computers, online gaming, WW2 research and being with his family.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Cudney) of 26 years; his children Liam Darcy, Eoin Darcy, Aidan Darcy, his two stepchildren Sean Leifeste and Tara McFadden-Rice, his Mother Grace E. Prate (Bate), his aunt Joanne (Darcy) Harris, his siblings Keith Darcy, Dawn-Marie (Darcy) Flemming, Francis Darcy.

He was preceded in death by his father Francis Xavier Darcy.

A  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on June 26, 2026, at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church at 10:00 am located at 1122 W Linden Street, Caldwell Idaho 83605. Internment will follow immediately after funeral mass at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Nampa Idaho.
