Sabrina Louise Shalz

Sabrina Louise Shalz (Hull) passed away on November 26, 2025. Born on June 11, 1960, in Boise, Sabrina was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, and friend whose light touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sabrina was the daughter of Ralph and Martha Hull. 

She grew up in Boise, where she began her education at Highland Elementary, continued through North Junior High, and ultimately graduated from Boise High School. Her thirst for knowledge led her to Pacific University, where she furthered her education and cultivated a love for learning that remained with her throughout her life.In 1986, Sabrina married the love of her life, Michael Shalz. Their union was a testament to love and partnership, as they journeyed through life hand in hand for 39 beautiful years. Together, they created a warm and nurturing home filled with love and laughter, raising their three children: Adam, Grady, and Carly. Sabrina was a devoted mother, instilling in her children the values of kindness, compassion, and perseverance. Sabrina had a close-knit family and was deeply loved by everyone.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Hull, and her brother, Jeff Hull. She is survived by her husband, Mike; her children Adam (Stephanie), Grady (Jessie), and Carly; her mother, Martha; her brother, Lance; her sisters- and brothers-in-law; and her many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews who brought endless joy to her life. 

Sabrina faced her final battle with glioblastoma with the same courage and grace that defined her life. She was an inspiration to all who witnessed her strength and unwavering spirit during her illness. Even in her toughest moments, she taught those around her about resilience, love, and the importance of cherishing each day.As we mourn her loss, we celebrate the incredible life that Sabrina led. She was a beacon of love and positivity, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of everyone she encountered. Her spirit will live on in the stories shared, the lessons learned, and the love she cultivated in her family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held in Boise to honor Sabrina’s life and legacy.

Sabrina Louise Shalz will forever be remembered as a loving wife, devoted mother, and faithful friend. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love that will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and the community she cherished.
