Roy Edgar Welborn, 82, of Garden City, passed away August 21, 2025, in Boise, Idaho after complications of a lifelong illness. Roy was born on October 7, 1942 to parents William and Harriet Welborn.
He was a proud Navy veteran and a lifelong small businessman. He owned Twilann, Inc. until his retirement.
Roy is severely missed by his two sisters, Judy and Anita; his two children Nancy and Kenny; seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, September 5, 2025 at Christ Presbyterian Church, 6858 N. Glenwood St., Garden City, Idaho.
