Robert Patrick Browen

November 26, 1972 — February 28, 2026

Middleton

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Bob Browen. Robert "Bob" Patrick Browen, 53, was born November 26, 1972 in Boise, Idaho and left us too early on February 28, 2026 as a result of a UTV accident. His early years were spent on the family acreage in Star until his fathers death and the family moved to Meridian. Bob graduated from Meridian H.S. in 1991. As a teen he began working for Eagle veterinarian Doc Lange and continued helping as needed until Doc retired.

Bob met the love of his life, Jessica in 1998 and in 2002 they married. Shane came along in 2003, followed by Evan in 2005. Bob drove long haul truck for a while, but being gone from his family wasn't for him. In 2004 he started working at Standard Batteries, becoming the manager where he remained through several ownership changes.

The family lived in Star until an opportunity came along and they moved to acreage in Middleton. Cattle and chickens became a new past time. Bob loved fishing and hosting, so he bought a boat and hosted many fishing trips. Everyone enjoyed those times. He also loved to barbecue and, of course, karaoke. He was quick to help anyone in need; he was always somewhere helping someone do something. Bob will be terribly missed.

Bob is survived by his wife Jessica, sons Shane and Evan, sisters Barb (Marc) Gunning, Beth Browen, and brothers Bert (Shellie) Browen, Scott (Drenda) Browen, and Tony (Renee) Browen. He was preceded in death by his father LuVerne and mother Patricia. He also leaves behind extended family and many friends.

There will be no funeral service but there will be a celebration of life at a later date, TBD. Any donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
