On Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, Patricia Ann Wade passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.

Patt was born May 2, 1943, in Boise, Idaho. She was raised by Donald F. Daly and Mabel E. Daly. She graduated from Boise High School and attended Boise Junior College.

Patt worked for her father’s stock brokerage, Daly & Co., and later worked for Bob’s Ski Haus on Bogus Basin Road, known today as Greenwood’s. One night in 1967, while out with friends, she was introduced to George Wade. He swept her off her feet and they were married January 31, 1970. Patt supported George as they grew the Busters business together. She loved to stay busy and enjoyed helping George with the books and patio flowers for Busters. This union of love expanded to their family, Valerie Lynn, Shelli Marie and Don Hedrick.

Patt was the foundation of the Wade family. She was a meticulous housewife and mother that loved a clean and organized environment. Not a day went by that her home was not in tip top shape. Her kind-hearted and open-minded soul made everyone that met her feel loved. Her joy and laughter were infectious as was her smile.

Patt loved the great outdoors. McCall was one of her favorite places throughout her life. She loved water skiing across Payette Lake and sitting on the stone patio around bon fires at the cabin. Bogus Basin was another favorite place where she spent winters skiing the slopes exhibiting her meticulous form.

She later loved her many years working in Parma at Lance Lane Greenhouse and volunteering at the St. Luke’s gift shop.

She is survived by her loving husband George Wade, daughter Valerie Stark & son-in-law Jay Stark, daughter Shelli Murphy & son-in-law Mike Murphy, son Don Wade & daughter-in[1]law Ruth Wade, 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many extended family members. Her greatest joy was spoiling her grandbabies with her love and generosity.

A memorial service will be held at Bowman Funeral Home on December 28, 2022, at 3 p.m. Following at 5PM will be a celebration of life at The Ram Stonehouse 709 E Parkcenter Blvd, Boise. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Sterry Memorial Church Stain Glass Project or a donation to St Luke’s cancer institute.
