Pamela Elaine Rockenhaus
Pamela Elaine “Elaine” Rockenhaus passed away on May 10 th , 2023. She passed peacefully with her family by her side.
Elaine was born on May 8 th , 1958 in Memphis Tennessee to Robert and Kathryn Holt.
Elaine graduated from Tupelo High School in Tupelo Mississippi as well as from Hinds Junior College in Jackson Mississippi.
It was in Jackson, Mississippi that Elaine met her husband, Kurt. They were married in 1985 and were married for 38 wonderful years.
Elaine worked for the State Auditor’s Office in Boise before working as the office manager of Northview Montessori for the past 25 years. She loved working with children and enjoyed working at Northview Montessori.
She was a wonderful partner to her husband and a loving and devoted mother to her two sons.
Elaine is survived by her husband Kurt, and her sons Phillip and Matthew.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Kathryn and her sisters Donna Louise, Deborah and Barbara.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Bowman Funeral Parlor, 10254 W. Carlton Bay Dr. in Garden City, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. A private burial will take place at Dry Creek Cemetery in Boise.
