Naomi Kelm passed away September 24, 2023, in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho. Naomi was born in Clovis, New Mexico on April 15, 1929, to parents Walter and Florene Wilson Block.
Naomi lived in Oregon in The Willamette Valley. Then moved to Eastern Oregon before moving to Horseshoe Bend, Idaho.
Naomi was a housewife, and was a devoted member of the Lutheran Church.
Naomi is survived by daughter, Dardrah Lynn Mitchell; son, David M. Kelm; 3 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Private family services will be held.
