Melanie LaRae Blades, 48, passed away from an unexpected heart attack on January 17, 2023, in her home in Nampa, Idaho. She was taken away from this world too soon, but her loving heart and kind spirit left a shining example for all who knew her. Melanie was selfless, thoughtful, generous and caring, and full of creative talent. Her joyous laugh and bright personality filled any room she was in. She also found great joy, fulfillment, and pride in being a special part of Brent Huttash’s life during his early years.
Melanie is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Emmi (Zollman) Blades. She was the very proud and loved Aunt of their two kids, Adyn and Ayla Blades. She also was proud to be a special part of Brent Huttash’s early years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gary and Artricia (Abbott) Blades; two infant sisters, Shannon and Jenni Blades; and a nephew, Toran Ybanez Adonais. There aren’t words that aptly express how much Melanie is and will be missed.
