Matthew Lynn Rehl, born December 23, 1967, passed away on December 6, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly forty years, Tammy Rehl, and his two children, Rhianna and Rusty Rehl along with his mother Mary Dickson, Stepmother Fern Rehl, brothers William Rehl Jr, David Rehl, (Trina Rehl) James Rehl (Elena Rehl), Stepbrothers Dan Titus (Cindy Titus), Richard Titus, Son in Law Joel Iida, and grandson Akihiro along with many other friends and relatives. Matthew loved the outdoors, was a wonderful husband, a fantastic father, an awesome brother, a loving grandfather, and a friend to many. His warmth and generosity knew no bounds, and he had a unique gift for connecting with people from all walks of life. A lifelong learner, Matthew believed deeply in the value of personal growth and continually worked to better himself so he could take care of his family in every way possible.
Matthew’s kindness, and fun-loving attitude was at the center of who he was. Whether he was listening to an 80’s metal band, sharing a kind word, or telling you about the latest episode of Dune Prophecy, he made others feel valued and supported. His selflessness and dedication to his family were beyond compare, and his love for them was the driving force in his life. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of love, curiosity, and unwavering kindness will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
