Cindy Chumley went to dance in Golden streets of heaven on September 7,2024.

She was born in Burley, Idaho on December 1,1954. Above all things in life Cindy wanted everyone to know Jesus Christ. Cindy exhibited a knowledge to know the heart of God’s love for all of us humans.

She received a degree in Fashion Design from Links School of Business she also took several classes at Boise State University. She took several classes of Bible studies.

She was one of the founding members of the Idaho Table Grapes association. She very much enjoyed the process of packaging the grapes and making them wholesome for the consumers. She worked at numerous jobs over the years First Security Bank, Hewlett-Packard in the memory division and in the credit union, Boise State athletics department, and Idaho State nursing . She retired in 2015 and wanted to enjoy life unfortunately not to long after that is when her health issues started getting worse. But she was always positive even when she had to count on having oxygen 24/7.

She married her husband Bob on June 17, 1978 and was still married at her death. She had two sons Jason Chumley and Tony Chumley. She enjoyed going camping and fishing with her family and she very much enjoyed watching her two sons do BMX bike racing.

Cindy had a indomable positive attitude towards life and was always working towards higher achievements and unwavering patience with everyone around her. She was an amazing woman who was never afraid of life’s challenges. And an incredible cook.

She is survived by her father Nelson Hill, her sister Darlene Otero , niece Ashley Johnson, her husband Bob Chumley and her two sons Jason Chumley and Tony Chumley

A visitation will be held on September 19, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00pm. A funeral service will be held on September 20, 2024 at 11:00 am both services will be held at Bowman Funeral Parlor 10254 W. Carlton Bay Garden City, Idaho.  Condolences may be left for family www.bowmanfuneral.com
