On June 6,2024 our dear mother / grandmother / great grandmother, Joyce Eileen Clark, passed away peacefully at the age of 88 in Boise, Idaho. She was born on May 27, 1936 to Ken and Eva Peterson in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The oldest of 6 children, she spent her growing up years in the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating from San Mateo high school, she attended Brigham Young University. In 1957, she married Don Clark and together they had four children. She successfully managed both motherhood and a career, where she was loved and highly respected. She loved music, animals (specifically cats), babies, bright colors especially blue and purple, family parties and picnics, romantic novels, dancing, drawing, lots of chocolate, and driving fast! She had a beautiful smile, eyes, and laugh. Joyce was a beautiful woman, who deeply loved her family. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Joyce is survived by her four children: Tim(Sue), Linda(Mike), Dawna(Kim), Bonni(Robert); her fourteen grandchildren: Clint(Caryn), Tammy(Mike), Jill(Chris), Sandra, Trent(Tatiana), Sean(Nikki), Samantha, Cameron(Whitney), Michelle(Trevor), Alan(Natalie), Nicole(Brandon), Rob(Lena), Anthony, Ray; thirty nine great grandchildren and her five siblings: Ruth, Owen, John, Craig, and Sylvia;
