Herbert L. Horen,85, of Kuna, Idaho, passed away peacefully, July 11, 2025. He was born on December 15, 1939, in Reading, Pennsylvania, to Ruth (Epstein) Horen and Jack Horen.
Herbert lived a full life marked by quiet strength and a steadfast spirit. He will be remembered with love and respect by those who knew him.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial services.
Arrangements are under the care of Bowman Funeral Parlor.
