Eulodia Barrozo, 90, of Boise, passed away March 4, 2021. A rosary will be held at 11:30 am, Tuesday, March 16, 2021, with a funeral service to follow beginning at 12:00 pm, at Bowman Funeral Parlor, 10254 W. Carlton Bay Dr., Garden City.
