Back when Eric was in the 7th grade, he built the candy shelves for the people who owned the D.I. before Stoney's. They were still used, up until it closed in 2008.
He is survived by his wife Marla; his two sons, Edward (Marsha) Kessel of South Carolina, Scott (Karen) Kessel of Mountain Home, three grandchildren, one great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Doris Bridwell, his brother Ralph Kessel, and granddaughter Jessica Kessel of Florida.
