Edward “Mud” F. Watters, 62 of Boise passed away on October 10, 2019 at a local hospital after a short illness. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 5:30 pm at Bowman Funeral Parlor located at 10254 W. Carlton Bay Garden City, Idaho. The family would like to ask if you have any photographs please bring them to the service to share. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the following charities on Mud’s memorial page.
