Donald Keith Mattocks, 69, of Boise Idaho, passed away November 1 st 2024. Born on March 15 1955 in Fresno California to Jack and Dorothy Mattocks, Don grew up in Redding California and was one of eight siblings: Mike, Sherry, Toni, Terry, Johnny, Bobby and his twin Jim. He graduated from Shasta High School in 1973 where he then enlisted into the Army to serve our country.
He was stationed in Germany for 1973 to 1976 and was honorably discharged. He was a man of generosity, kindness, and his love for his family. He was also known for his humor.He leaves behind a legacy of perfectly timed quips and the unwavering ability to find the funny side of even the most dire situations.
Though he may no longer be here, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Services will be held at Idaho State Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, December 3 rd at 2pm
