Diana Jean Stanley

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Diana our loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all whose lives she touched. On March 8,2021 she left peacefully at her residence in Caldwell, Id with her family by her side.

Diana was born to the late James E. Madden and Arlene J. Madden on 12/01/1948, in Pittsburgh, PA. She was married to M. C. Stanley in 1988. Diana is survived by her husband Stan Stanley, her three sons, Shaun Stewart (Cindy), John Stewart (Sharon), Mike Stewart (Shawna). Her two daughters Michell Hughes (Tim), and Corry Joiner (Jay). Step-children Nate Stanley (Kecia), Rachel Banks (Bob), Jason Stanley (Debbie). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, two grandsons (Levi and Ben), and her sister Shirley Lewis.

Diana loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Holidays were epic in her house. She and her husband loved to take many adventures during their marriage. Diana and Stan supported several missions including building a church in Atlanta and Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) for 20 years. Diana supported the Lord though charity yard sales and also cooking food for all who were hungry.

Please join us in celebrating her life Saturday March 27,2021 at 10:30 at First Baptist Church of Notus 441 Notus Rd. PO Box 255 Notus Idaho 83656. A dinner will be served for all at the church following the celebration.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for you to plant flowers or a tree with your family. The family would like to extent a huge thank you to St. Luke’s Hospice Care and Meadow View Nursing and Rehabilitation for taking good care of Diana during this journey.
