Crystal M. Cook passed Friday evening, November 3, 2023 at home in Emmett of ovarian cancer complicated by renal failure.
She was born March 20, 1979 to Norman and Vickie (Richardson) Alicea in Redwood City, California.
Her immediate living family is husband Carl, step-son Jonas, son Lane and his two children, mother Vickie (Terry), borther Jason (Amanda), in-laws Sid (Cheryl), Bob (Janice), plus numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
A memorial service will be on November 18 at 4 pm at Life Church, 3225 E Commercial Ct, Meridian, ID 83642 .
