Connie Price, age 63, of Bremerton, Washington and Boise, Idaho passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Connie’s strength, humor, and generosity touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Born on October 5, 1961, in Bremerton, Connie was a woman of remarkable versatility and determination. Over the years, she built a successful and varied career, serving as a Manager at Fred Meyer, an IT Specialist for Sysco Food Services, and an Office Manager for National Coatings Inc. No matter what the role, Connie approached each challenge with confidence and heart, earning the respect and admiration of everyone she worked with.
In 1995, Connie met the love of her life, Dale, while bowling—a sport they both enjoyed. The two became inseparable and officially tied the knot in August of 2015, sealing a bond that had long since proven unbreakable.
Connie had a deep love for the outdoors and found great joy in fishing, bowling, playing horseshoes, and throwing darts. Her competitive spirit was rivalled only by her infectious laughter and warm, welcoming presence. A true superfan, Connie was passionate about her Seattle Seahawks—donning her jersey and lighting up her Seahawks sign for every game, whether it was preseason or postseason. Her dedication was more than fandom—it was ritual, and it brought her immense joy.
She built a strong and supportive community through her many interests, particularly among the lifelong friends she made throwing horseshoes at the LDG. Her radiant energy, kind heart, and unwavering loyalty will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Connie is survived by her loving husband, Dale Price; her sons Bradly (Shay) Rhoads and Cody Forgey; stepchildren Danni (Luke) Parve and Mike Price; and her adored granddaughters Jaiden, Maddy, and Lilli. She also leaves behind her brothers Richard Young and Dennis Young, along with her beloved dogs Mopsy, Mowgli, and Finn, who were never far from her side. Connie was preceded in death by her father James Young Jr, Mother Virginia Teeter and brother James Young III
A celebration of Connie’s life will be held at Bowman Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on August 15, 2025, followed by a graveside memorial at 1:00 p.m. at Veterans Cemetery. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and share memories as we honor Connie’s incredible life.
Her legacy lives on in every heartfelt laugh, in every fierce Seahawks cheer, and in every horseshoe thrown.
