Connie Lynn Arnold Coburn Nocito passed away in her home Sunday July 9, 2023, at the age of 72. Connie was born on March 16, 1951, in Boise, ID to Betty and Lyle Arnold. She grew up with her sister Debbie and brother David and they learned to hunt and fish with both their parents. She liked riding horses and loved camping.
Connie graduated from Borah High School in 1969. She met David Coburn in 1970, married in June of 1971 and had 2 boys Jerry and Matt. They lived in England and New Mexico before settling back in Boise in 1984 where they raised Jerry and Matt. She went to their baseball games and volunteered for fundraising for the teams.
Later in her life, Connie then met John Nocito. They started their life together in 1995. In August of 1996, Connie and John went to Fresno, California on vacation to purchase a 1966 Chevelle, when they stopped at a little chapel in Reno to get married. They were gone a week, upon returning, they announced their happy news to their kids.
Connie was blessed with her first Grandson, Jacob Coburn, in 1997, followed by Marcus Coburn and Cyan Nocito in 1998 and her Granddaughters, Kaitlyn Coburn and Analise Nocito in 2005 and Chloe’ Nocito in 2022. Connie worked until 2012 when she decided she needed to stay home with John. She also wanted to spend more time with her grandkids, whether it was going to baseball/softball game, camping or just spending the day with them at home. Connie loved spending as much time as possible with her family and treasured her times hunting with her sons and grandkids.
Connie is preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Lyle Arnold, sister, Debbie, son, Jerry Coburn and stepson, Joseph Nocito.Connie is survived by her husband, John Nocito; son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Debby Coburn and their son and daughter Jacob and Kaitlyn; daughter-in-law, Heather Bailey, and her son, Marcus; step-son, John Nocito Jr and his sons, Nicholas and Devin Nocito; step-daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Glenn Fusari and their daughter Samantha and their grandson, Paxton; step-son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Ksenia Nocito and
their daughter, Chloe’; step-daughter, Paulette Taggert; granddaughter, Analise Nocito; brother and sister-in-law, Lyle “David” and Jennifer Arnold and their daughters, Michelle Goodson and Stephanie Blomquist.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
