Clara Jean Parker

Our beloved mom Clara Jean Orvin Parker entered into eternal rest peacefully at the age of 90 on Thursday, January 22, 2026 surrounded by family who loved and cherished her completely. Clara was truly a beloved wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, and friend to all. Clara always had a loving heart and deep faith in her Lord Jesus Christ. She always knew right from wrong and demonstrated grace, beauty, courage, and dignity in making righteous choices. Mom’s compassion was to always think of others first. She inspired us to live better, love deeply and have joy.

Mom enjoyed any occasion that brought family and friends together. She had a deep passion for cards, especially Bridge. She loved traveling, picnicking, camping, painting, arts and crafts and all games. She was also known as an amazing cook and those that have had mom’s cooking will agree that its “simply the best”… Southern Style all the way!!!
