Carl Gene Koontz, 61, from Baker City, Oregon passed away September 14, 2023, from Heart and Liver failure.
He was born in December of 1961, in Baker City Oregon to Dale G. & Josephine Koontz.
He married Betty (Deceased) and had two sons; Jonathan and Michael.
He enlisted with the US Army after serving in the US Guard; served in the Gulf war, and abroad in Germany.
After military service he was an owner operator big rig/trucker. A strong conservative and belived there is only 2 genders.
Carl passed away in the Boise VA Hospice community living center.
