Bonnie Jean (Wolf) Abbott has left this world to be with her heavenly family and friends.

Bonnie passed away surrounded by her loved ones, on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in Nampa, Idaho.

Bonnie was born in Palmdale, California on October 21, 1941, to Neil and Flora Fae Wolf.

She grew up in Lancaster, California, in the Del Sur community along with her brothers Marvin and Keith Wolf. She had a wonderful childhood and was very active in 4-H, Rainbow Girls, School Band and received numerous awards for her singing and dancing. She graduated in 1959 from Antelope Valley High School, with the highlight of her school years being when she marched in the Rose Bowl parade with her schools marching band.

She attended Antelope Valley Junior College right after high school.

Bonnie married Richard Peters in 1961 in Lancaster and together they had 4 beautiful children.

In 1980 she moved to Gooding, Idaho with her children.

In 1984 she went back to college at the College of Southern Idaho where she received her LPN license. She enjoyed being a Licensed Practical Nurse for 22 years, working with geriatrics.

She has lived in Boise, Idaho since 1986 also living a few months every year in North Carolina since 2007.

She especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter Danee Haro of Nampa, Idaho, son David Peters and daughter-in-law Michelle of Boise, Idaho and daughter Becky Stockham and son-in-law Scott of Swannanoa, North Carolina. 10 grandchildren Kylie Swaim (Mike), Ryan Stockham, Tiffany Holmes (Kyle), Stephanie Prinz (Austin), Zachary Peters (Jordane), Justin Haro, Megan Cross (Jack), Samantha Weaver (Jake), Declan Haro (Kailey) and Lilliann Stockham (Grant). 12 Great Grandchildren, Ryder, Pacey and Winnie Swaim, Allie and Preston Holmes, Hadleigh and Nora Prinz, Braylee and Brooks Peters, Asher Robarge, Easton Weaver and Jacqueline Morall. Her brother Marvin Wolf of Boise, Idaho and sister-in-law Sherry Wolf of Tehachapi, California and sister-in-law Jane Turton (Bill) of Chesterfield, Missouri. Along with many Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Keith, her first husband Richard Peters and her daughter Kelly Jean Peters.

The family would like to thank the staff of Sunny Ridge for loving on our mother/grandmother. They went above and beyond to make sure she had the excellent care and support while she was in their care.

Bonnie’s wishes are that her relatives and friends remember the good times that were shared.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
