Betty M Kinsley

(1927 – 2025)

Betty passed peacefully on May 21, 2025, in Boise, Idaho after ninety-seven significant years.

She was passionate about knitting, reading, was a philatelist, loved the outdoors, her dog Gunner and bird JJ.

Her parents were Herbert R Wachs and Elizabeth Bernatz .

She survived her brother Robert Wachs of Aberdeen South Dakota and her infant brother Douglas Wachs.

Betty was born in Winona Minnesota, Married Robert Kinsley, raised her family in Muskegon, Michigan where she had a successful career as the bookstore manager of the Muskegon Community College.

After she retired, she moved to Boise Idaho where her children (Terey Sabin, Tom Kinsley, Mary Ream) live.

She has six grandchildren Jeff Ream, Laura Ream preceded in death, Erik Ream, Ryan Ream, Meagan Christensen and Thomas Kinsley. In addition to thirteen great grandchildren, Owen and Aubree Ream, Oskar and Olive Ream, Zayden, Zola, Zaxon and Zaylor Ream, Riley Kinsley, Selkie, Oakiss and Ruby Christensen and Eli Cornell, (Laura’s son).

Betty was well loved by her family and will be greatly missed, but remembered in our hearts forever.
